I repaired a dirt floor in my basement for several years have put concrete on the ground floor and vinyl siding on concrete. However, a floor paved path through the concrete and pushed the vinyl floor. HELP!

I have a flat floor that is soils on slopes. Is there a way to solve this problem? The floors are hardwood. What I know is if I buy new wood and somehow create shims under it could solve my problem. Or other suggestions? Also, I do not know if I can get to the beams because it would be boring to my neighbor downstairs.

Need to do a trawl third floor of a concrete horse?

I’m in a hurry. We just bought this farm and built a large barn that we must put our horses mechincal in a shed with a concrete floor. The concrete floor is soft and the horses with their shoes, no doubt, and sliding. My question is: what is the best recommendation to convert a polished concrete floor in an apartment without slipping. I can do. Where can I get the computer with the recruitment is made. It is only about 20 by 40 floor so it can be done in a weekend. Let me know your thoughts and ideas are welcome. With reason.
